Elite Sports has incorporated the College Coach Instructional Camps for our teams' players. The Camp is totally instructional and run entirely by the attending college coaches.
Participating players will receive hands-on instruction provided by the College Coaches. All players attending will receive a minimum of 2 instructional sessions. All players will participate in the batting session and can select from the following list of available sessions for their additional session(s): (The list below provides a basic description for each session. Please note, College Coaches are able to adjust their instruction at their discretion).
Session 1 Includes Pitching or Catching
Pitching - Proper mechanics, movement, speed, accuracy, change-ups/off-speed, mental approach, setting up batters, and more. (Pitchers must provide their own catcher.)
Catching - Blocking, framing, proper throw down mechanics, throw downs to 2B, setting up for tags at the plate, directing the defense, setting batters up, and more.
Session 2 Includes Infield or Outfield
Infield (Middle or Corner IF)
Middle Infield - Proper fielding mechanics, forehands, backhands, double play receiving footwork, double play feeds, throwing on the run, and more.
Corner Infield - Proper fielding mechanics, bunts, squeeze plays, slow rollers, throwing on the run, footwork on the bases, getting back to the base, and more.
Outfield - Drop step, angles, fence and sideline awareness, reading fly balls, reading ground balls, throwing to a cut-off, throwing through a cut-off, and more.
Session 3 Includes Hitting (all players will automatically be included in this session)
Hitting - THIS IS AUTOMATICALLY YOUR 2nd SESSION (3rd if you participate in Session 1 & 2). Proper swinging mechanics, increasing power, bat extension, bat angles, hitting to the opposite field, mental approach in the box, mental approach in the on-deck circle, and more.
Age Groups: Open to any and all 12-18 year olds looking to gain advanced skills while working with College Coaches
This event is run entirely by college coaches! Attendance of college coaches is based on the amount of players that register for the camp. Not all college coaches listed are guaranteed to work the camp. Final college coaches will be listed as the camp registration is completed.

Lunch will not be provided for the campers. During lunch, though, parents and players are welcome to eat and have a relaxed Q & A session with the College Coaches.

It is important to let them know your complete schedule if you want them to attend to see you in the camp and play in tournament games during the event!
