ELITE SPORTS LODGING POLICY

Elite Diamond Sports works with a wide variety of lodging partners in our tournament locations to secure excellent lodging rates for all participants and to ensure sufficient rooms for all attending teams.  Through our lodging program, all out of town teams MUST book their rooms through Elite approved lodging partners.  For all showcases, you MUST contact  Shanna Hall with Southwest Host Services at shanna@southwesthost.com to make reservations.

Any reservations booked through a third party provider, (i.e. Expedia, Hotwire, hotels.com, etc. or using hotel reward points) or booked outside of the Elite contracted rate and room block will not fulfill the lodging requirement. It is important to understand all contractual obligations with the lodging property of choice, as your agreement is with the hotel directly.

Local teams that are within one hour drive time from showcase facility may request a Waiver on the lodging policy.

To be scheduled in the Elite Diamond College Showcases, your team must fit into one of the following categories:
     * Stay with an Elite Sports lodging partner from the approved list with a team requirement of a minimum of 20 rooms nights (example: 10 rooms for 2 nights). For Fall showcases, the minimum night requirement may be modified as necessary based on showcase schedule. Teams must submit a complete rooming list (below) with names, confirmation numbers & number of nights booked, prior to event;
     * Register as a local team and have received a waiver.

There is no surcharge or "buy out" option to this policy.  We appreciate your support and participation in our College Showcase events.

Reserve early to insure your room with the bed preference you prefer, as the most popular bed types go the quickest.  Each hotel will have a reservation deadline to reserve rooms, please make sure and reserve EARLY! 

Do NOT miss the deadline, which is generally 3-4 weeks prior to the event or the block will no longer be available and you will not meet the lodging obligation.
